'Reversable'? deco candle holders / vases

Hello, these candleholders are 5 inches high, and if the are turned upside down they could be used as a vases, whether they where made to be, I'm not sure. Any info on this and ID would be great, thanks

I agree with dinkle...definitely shot glasses.The large side for big drinkers and the smaller for lightweights! :24:

They're candle holders. I have a feeling I've seen then as part of a  set somewhere recently
