What is the story behind "King's Lynn Crystal"?

I recently bought a small Topaz Stennett Willson design Brancaster candlestick.

It has the shiny oval silver factory sticker still attached and I assumed it said Wedgwood.

However, upon reading it, it says "King's Lynn Crystal Hand Made England".

I know Wedgwood was originally King's Lynn Glass and then changed to Wedgwood, but where does King's Lynn Crystal come in?

(There is an air bubble in the candleholder - were 2nds sold under another name or something?)
