I'm afraid your horror is confirmed, it's neck is missing and has been polished. It's from a range called "Petit Fleur". Images of my pieces are here.

It still displays nicely, and polishing it is better than binning it.

Isle of Wight Studio Glass rarely, (if ever) has a polished rim.

Shame, never mind it was only a couple of quid,I quite like it,thought it looked 'out of proportion' suppose I can put it with my 'neck- less' Galle vase and start a collection of odd bits,ta for replies,

My lollipop was £50, ebay. :o For a couple of quid it's a very nice thing.

Fair play ...I would have for two quid.... it would cost more in petrol to take it back....if the shop was more than 100 yards from your home  :sc:

Petit Fleur was only made between July '81 and February '82. There aren't many bits around.
