Wedgewood animals with Portland vase mark

Hello....have put together a  collection of Wedgewood animals, two large birds having the more unusual Portland vase mark together with the England mark. Can anyone tell me the significance of this mark please? (Not the story of the Wedgewood Portland vase)Are they RSW designs or by RSW and Paul Miller or ?? What age are they etc? Many thanks, Pat.
