hi,this is 3 1/2inch including the stem,its is green and clear,the bubbles are in rows and it has a smooth clear bottom,thanks kaz

Probably Czech, imported by Jaffe Rose, Harrachov could be the maker?

Surely Czechoslovakia, Harrachov glassworks, disigned by Milan Metelak 1980, pattern 15//2760.
