I'm with Leni on this one - the roses, the other cane, the base and the shape all says Clichy.

A very nice weight :)

It may get turned into shoes one day and credit will be given where credit is well and truly due. Loads of bits of that glass stuff here - all of it just because I like it. The majority of it, I have little clue as to who it really is by but with this one, curiosity got the better of me. Very grateful that answers have been forthcoming and fair chuffed with said answer.
