http://www.inchicore-pressedglass-museum.org

Website of Thomas Joyce of Dublin, Eire, a collector of mainly pressed glass with some blow glass, who has created this site to share his collection with fellow glass lovers.

Thomas has been researching many of the pieces he has via the registered design number registers at the National Archives in Kew, London.

He has sections on British and European patterns, as well as mysteries to be identified.

This is a work in progress and will grow as more info is uncovered but is a useful resource in the making.

Hi there,

Thomas Joyce has asked me to pass on the fact that he has done some research on British glass figures Edward Bolton and Matthew Turnbull. You can view the links here on his site:

Thomas is actively researching British glass manufacturers at the moment - mainly biographical -  so I'm sure he'll come up with some useful stuff.

You may also be interested in looking at our work on Matthew Turnbull (with some interesting pattern IDs) which we did last year (2009).
