I've seen this type of tiny minis questioned here before (was it you Ruth?) but do not think I have seen an answer. Apparently Muranese lampwork - Does anybody know anything more?

Hi again Ivo,
I've seen some with the same shape as yours on Venetian glass books, attributed to Salviati. Those were filigrana pieces, and others all in aventurine. Yours look very similar and could be early pieces too.
