The page that was posted is not from a book or pamphlet with a copy write.
The partial page posted is one of two pages that showed items that were for sale 
years ago by a collector/dealer. A basic hand out.  The partial page posted is one of many old copies that are in circulation. Please remove the post, its not worth the problems
that it has created.  :phew:

Thanks Greg, we just needed to be sure, that's all. The pics can stay. It's always a good idea to quote the source of any references you show as it saves us having to ask this each time. Some authors understandably get very upset with us if their copyrights are breached (and we have authors amongst our membership here) so we always err on the side of caution.
