Clear glass pelican signed Zoueth L

i have a large clear glass pelican (16") that is signed on the base Zoueth L.  Could anyone please tell me anything about this piece.  I have search the net but to no avail.  It was purchased in approx 1973.

Hi and welcome to the board!
A picture of your bird and a clear image of the base and signature would help us a lot.
If the signature is difficult to photograph, a tiny touch of talcum powder rubbed gently over it helps a lot - use the macro setting.
Also knowing your location on the globe can help a lot too - glass does travel, but more often than not, it's local.

Are you sure it's not 'Zanetti' ...and the L would then stand for Licio?
