Scandinavian? Ikea? id. help needed please.

As I have mentioned before I am a volunteer Ebay seller for a charity - furnitureplusltd-2008. I have had this glass dish donated for selling and wondered if anyone can help me identify it better. It is approx. 27 cm long , and the glass is approx. 0.5 cm thick - clear glass encasing a smoky brown glass. Many thanks for any help you can give. kathleenM.
