two rivers glass
« on: August 23, 2010, 03:23:09 PM »
Hello

Does anyone know anything about this producer? I have only managed to find one other piece on the internet and that is in a shop in Canada. The base is engraved "Two Rivers"

Many thanks

I think Two Rivers was/is a Native American glassmaker from what I recall dredging my memory?
Lovely piece.  If you use the search button on here I'm sure someone else had another piece but I can't remember what info there was in the thread.
Did googling bring any information up?  I can't recall how I think it may be that but I'm sure it will have been from googling something.  Hope this helps.

Hello

Thanks for your help. The archive link to Kux Antiques included some really beautiful pieces of art glass. For anyone else interested in Two Rivers, the other piece I found was at

http://www.eclectisaurus.com/art_glass_23.html

This is a lovely piece with similar glass strands inside, but far more vibrant colours than the piece I have. Mine came in an auction lot at a household clearance, hidden amongst the cake stands and whisky glasses with a couple of other good pieces!
