We have a butter dish that is absolutely beautiful.  We are Early American Pattern Glass specialists so it is way out of our bailywick.  It is pictured at www.patternglass.com/ArtGlassButter.htm .  Really, I have asked everyone I know and many I don't know but thought might be able to help.  Besides saying it looks like peachblow and maybe English, like Webb, I have totally struck out.  The last Art Glass author I contacted had NO idea but said that Johanna Billings wrote a book on Peachblow & she might.  I do not know Ms. Billings and don't know how to contact her.  Any chance anyone here has a lead for us?  Thanks so much,
Elaine

Hi Elaine, The book referred to is Peachblow Glass by Johanna Billings. It was published by Krause Publications. They list an address 700 East State Street, Iola Wisconsin 54990-0001  Also a phone number for further information (715) 445-2214  Perhaps they can direct your questions to Ms. Billings. Hope this helps Terry

Johanna Billings' contact info is at the top of this page:

I would venture a first guess that it is Webb in which case it would be Queen's  Burmese, not Peachblow:

Harrach would be my second guess.

Well, thanks so much!  I've sent my URL to Ms. Billings and will post her reply when and if I get some ID.  The decor looks similar to a rose bowl on the last post-er's link but also there is a similar decor on a Webb piece.  We'll see what she comes up with - if anything.

JMHO - But I don't think it is Webb.  There is too much enamel work on it, especially around the flowers.

Look at this page of documented Webb decorations

Also Ron, wouldn't Queen's Burmese be pink (salmon) and yellow not pink an blue-white?

I don't thinks it's Webb's Queen's Burmese either as it has no uranium content. It's very pretty though
