I have this grey rectangular Mandruzzato astray, with a "Vetri Murano 35" lable.
I searched the Allesandro Madruzzato website, "Astray A model 133/9 colour grey", is allmost the same, but the are some differences.  The measurements are 13x9x4cm and my astray is 12,8x7,7x5,3cm.  On the tiny pictures in the webside, it also looks like there is a indent part for a cigarette.
My question is, did they made a special production for the "Vetri di Murano" lable, other measurements without the indent part ??

Hmmm... Good question.  I thought Mandruzzato's Consortium number was 08, but as we sort through this Consortium label identification mess we (members of another forum) are finding out that companies did use two numbers if a company changed ownership (i.e. Venini and Salviati for example).  Now you have me interested in your label and would like to get to the bottom of it.

Vetri Murano is not a company but a trademark for companies belonging to the Venice Glass Consortium and was created in 1981. It could just be that your ashtray is an older model or just a different model.

Tam bam, I saw the number/company thread but nr35 wasn't there.  I saw there was an '0' beforemost of the two digital numbers, so it should be '035'.
Here are some bottom pictures. It is polished, but the left and right part are very scratched the middle part is clear.  It is a little bit hollow I think.
The outside/inside is very clear, without a scratch.

I just found this, which may or may not be relevant. Seguso Gianni has that the old Murano (Vecchia Murano) number was 035. The Promovetro number VAM is 032. Maybe Seguso Gianni is the maker of the bowl, which would explain why the dimensions are different than Mandruzzato. I believe that Mandruzzato's number is 008. It has been seen on some of the things made that also had a company label.

I don't know anything about Seguso Gianni, so I don't know if they did anything like the ashtray. Several companies did the faceted pieces, so it may be by someone other than Mandruzzato.

I forgot to give the Seguso Gianni link. It is http://www.seguso.it/it/centro-tavola-vetro-di-murano-5.htm.

Good detective work, Anita. :rah:  I bet that Gianni's firm is it too.

P.S. Thanks Keez for the great pics and telling us that you saw a 0 before the 35.  That helped Anita out a bunch, I bet.
