The glassworks was also known as Stölzle - here's a pic of my part set also in frosted green like yours: http://glassgallery.yobunny.org.uk/displayimage.php?pos=-10717 - I've not yet added this maker to the GTS website but it will be shortly.
Cheers! Anne, da tekniqual wizzerd

Anne, what was the story with Stoltze & Hermanova Hutt? Are they alternative names for the same glass house or is one the town, one the factory?

Carl Stölzle und Sohne was the Austrian parent company and Hermanshütte or Heřmanova huť was its Czech factory

Excellent thank you very much Anne! That's a lovely set you have there, very interesting shapes. Since posting I've found this Ebay listing, the candlesticks I've often seen with another tray, do you think they are also Stolzle and part of the set?

Yes, those are the matching candlesticks. I don't have any of them (yet!) :) They are shown in the pre-1958 catalogue along with the pots, ringholder and the tray.
