Erm  ..... is it me, but how can it be "hand blown" when I can see the mould lines?  And how can something be described as both "In very good condition" and "there are some scratches"?   NOT a bargain in any circumstances, IMHO  Roll Eyes

I keep wondering where this WMF mis-attribution originates. I´ve seen several pieces on ebay
lately and sadly they fetch higher results than those listed correctly - never anything close to
1.300$ though...  ROFL

I am shocked it is not Loetz, as every other piece of glass sold out of Sofia Bulgaria is Loetz....  you name it, in Sofia Loetz made it.....

But really, even if it was really Whitefriars, would it be worth $1,300? I mean it's not bad looking, but  Thud Not going to even comment on the price of shipping ('bout what it should cost, perhaps?  :huh: )

That would be WMF Carolyn not WF  :tof: A metal works, Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik, that made glass.

And no it probably wouldn't for either.
