Looks like Murano to me, too. The wide separation of the canes reminds me of some of the Archimede Seguso pws. I've never seen anything they've done that was this small, however.

Wow, my first thought was Scottish (Strathearn or Vasart) maybe! Is the base very flat and highly polished? I like mini-weights myself.
Lily
For comparison purposes, here's a link to a group of mini-weights with one being a Murano, Fratelli Toso I believe.

Pretty sure it's Scottish - Vasart would be my guess.
Not Murano or Chinese.

Yes, Vasart Ltd (post 1955) ... or perhaps Strathearn. Many of the mini weights were used on bar tools, gear levers (shift sticks), and other items.
See
http://www.ysartglass.com/Vascat/VasF001.htm
for examples.
And here's a pic of a rare complete set of Bar Tools ...

I was contacted years ago by the manufacturer of the bar sets and bar ware. The were made by the Lassman company using paperweights purchased from George Dunlop who marketed Vasart glass and paperweights under his own Pirelli Glass label. Lassman was located in London. They manufactured the hardware and assembled the sets. They did not make the gearshift sets, which are packaged differently from the bar ware.
I've put up a web page based on the information provided by various family members and the manager of the company.
