I think there is a strong possibility that the candleholder was designed by Eryka Trzewik-Drost in the early 1970s for Ząbkowice.  In Ceramika i Szkło Polskie XX Wieku, position 1132 describes a candleholder made in 1974 called 'Meksykanka'. The 'Mexican' girl candleholder by Trzewik-Drost can be seen in this auction:  Meksykanka
The same seller has got the Silisian girl candleholder: Karolinka
