MADE BY GOEBELS OF ITALY IN 1980. MANY OF THESE ALSO HAVE A 1980 DATE CANE IN THEM.

These were made by Fratelli Toso of Murano and marketed by Goebles.
I have seen several paperweights containing these canes with FT labels.
