Pretty sure this is German, and I have seen it before but as usual can't remember where, might even be on this site  ;D.  Also have a pink bowl (without the pedestal)

am I seeing figures wearing clogs  -  and if so might this indicate 'Dutch/Netherlands' area? -  of course, I might need to go to the opticians. :)

These have been seen marked BVB France (although the ebay item will be long dead). Whether or not that is the mark used by Société Exploitation Verrière Beauce-Bourgogne S.A. et Verrière de la Chapelle St. Mesmin, I'm not sure - Frank never confirmed.
