Yup - Whitefriars.
The decoration is the livery of the Worshipful Company of Glaziers and Painters of Glass, whose motto is "Lucem Tuam Da Nobis Deus" ("O God, give us your light")

Things havnt changed much every time i go to London someone comes up and says oy God give us a fag and then oy got a light .
