totem glass vase any idea - ID = Sklo Union - Hermanova hut - 20082

this vase is 10" high by 4" wide and weighs 1kg
any idea of maker please ?

This is naturaly design of the most collectable Czechoslovak glass designer Frantisek Vizner from 1965, Sklo Union - Hermanova hut - 20082
