Glassworks Vase - it's the second piece I own - similar - I posted that piece a year ago and was told it was an Edinburgh company - but nothing certain

How tall is it Adam?  My first impression is that it may be a perfume minus the stopper.  If it is the narrowest part of the neck internally will shows signs of being ground.
