this vase has similar protrutions as yours although there very different vases ,mine has a round label saying crystal brand made in china.

I have a pair of them ,i dont think they are new -the labels worn and the bases slightly worn i would have thought around the 70s but thats just my thoughts,i googled the writing on my label but couldnt come up with anything .

I'm sure we've had these on here before.  I'm fairly certain this blue one is Czech, but I've got no proof.
