Janice is correct.  Its a variation of a Tiffin 6569 Twilight Vase in the Tiffin Modern line. Variation because these were hand finished & the wings can vary as to the angle leading up from the base & tough to find in straight twilight (non bicolor Empress) in the U.S.  Ken.
