« on: July 23, 2006, 10:07:09 PM »
Thanks for looking. Can anyone tell me if this is Italian Murano or Princess House, as has been suggested as a possibility. And please don't laugh, I really know nothing about this type of glass, other than it is beautiful! Also, what is this type of treatment called? (I describe it as exploding honeycomb)

Hello,
Thanks for your post.
I really don't know about Princess House, so I can't tell you if it is, or not.
The best I can do is describe it for you...
It is cased glass with aventurine. As for a maker, have no idea. These are very common on Ebay and have many shapes... Maybe someone in the forum has seen one with a label of some kind and can be more helpful.
Thanks again.
Javier
