Green ashtray ID = Adolf Matura for Libochovice Zavod

Leaning towards Czech, it measures 16cm x 6cm. Base has a flat cut edge.

Pattern number 983/17, designed by Adolf Matura for Libochovice Zavod, Sklo Union Teplice and produced from 1962.
