Is this Libochovice? - ID = Libochovice pattern 2178

Hi,I have just purchased this bowl and just wanted to know the maker.I have done a little research and have found similar glass by Libochovice.I would like to know if it is Libochovice and if it is, the pattern number if possible.It stands 14 centimetres tall and is 28 1/2 centimetres across at its widest point.Many thanks.
