Sorry to be a little vague  -  and I appreciate it means nothing to say the shape doesn't look English, but just have a feeling it may be Finnish/Swedish.   17 cms high and 9cms wide at top of rim.   The facets have been cut onto the 'bulge'(all the way round), and the base has a good quality polished pontil mark.    Grateful for anyone's thoughts.      thanks for looking.       Paul S.
