Hello! I stumbled across two of these beauties and one of them had a sticker on it, so now I'm looking for info on these. Time period? Maker etc so I'd be very, very happy if anyone could tell me anything about these!

Your ceiling lamp is gorgeous!!  I wonder if yours is made by AVeM.  They are known for making ceiling lamps with the glass in the cage such as yours.
