Topic: High price for Josephinenhutte paperweight

This auction resulted in an unusually high price for this paperweight which is probably from the Josephinenhutte factory in Riesengebirge.  The basket is unusual, but can anyone see anything else that would contribute to the high price?

Animal silhouettes are always good for a few extra bucks, but the price on this one is astounding.  My guess is, 2 rabid collectors with deep pockets were each determined to win it.
