I've had this for the best part of a year, and I've only just got around to trying to find out who made it. Oops.
Footed half post kuttrolf with applied vines and flowers. Holmegaard made some VERY similar decanters between 1900-1930, but without the foot, and without the very cute kuttrolf-shaped stopper. I'm fairly sure that it's Danish, but not by Holmegaard. I suppose Norwegian could be a possibility.
So any clues, anyone?

Thanks, as always.

I've tweaked the links - not sure how I managed the backwards slashes.

Should work now.
Example of a similar Holmegaard decanter, this size produced 1915-1930:

What makes you think German, Sue?

Thanks for the link, Sue.
I bought the decanter from Denmark and given its proximity to the Holmegaard design, I just assumed that it would also be at least Scandinavian. But I suppose it could be European - I'll look into it further.

Oops, the original images have gone from this thread.
Anyway, the decanter seems to be Hadeland, any time between c.1920 - c.1950.

Final note on this - it was actually designed in 1970 by Willy Johansson (for Hadeland), and forms part of the Nøstetangen series. It's still in production, but retails for a whopping £575.

It would probably cost as much to fill it in Norway .
