My favorite modern artist is the Seattle glass artist David Huchthausen, whose site is located here:

The must see things aside from his glass sculptures, are the things under Obsessions; His art glass collection is nice, and he has what is likely the largest and best Bakelite Jewelry collection in the world..... Thousands of pieces. I have seen it in person and it is absolutely amazing.......

Also, the pictures of "The Loft" are great..... his residence in downtown Seattle.....

But his glass is fabulous.....  and way way way way out of my price range for sure....  at least in this lifetime....
