Another charity shop buy, colour and style look Scandinavian? (probably wishful thinking) a little like Holmegaard Canada or Princess in style? just probably modern but they do have some wear to the base  :-[

In style I'd say fashionable sixties or early seventies, in colour I'd say Germany - so you might be looking at WMF or Rosenthal. But that is almost impossible to prove, as neither firm kept records - they claim.  Alternatives are one of the many Swedish firms, or even a Belgian or Czech one...
