Many thanks.  I don't have books that have this info in it and online searching has not turned up anything for me.  I'm almost dead positive I found it at one time and wrote it on a sticky that's no longer with the crystal.  For what it's worth the mark is such that it's applied in reverse to the base so that the 'S' is correct when viewed from above the base.
