Help with ID of 3 Rondele, Garland & Concentric Paperweights
« on: December 27, 2010, 01:12:40 AM »
Can anyone help point me in the right direction on the maker of these 3 paperweights?  I'm (obviously!) far from an expert and I'm striking out everywhere I look.  I'm not even sure what these types of designs are called (are they just concentric millefiore?).  They all have the same type of bottom with a polished/slightly concave pontil.  They're all close to 3.5 inches in diameter.  Here are some pics of each.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like the work of Gentile Glass Co. who was known for using Murano canes.

I agree.  Mark beat me to it.  Definitely Gentile Glass.  Most were signed, but some were not.
