Is this a piece of Murano?
« on: December 27, 2010, 02:54:53 PM »
I started to wonder about who might have made it since the base is not what I would expect from a Murano dish, and the wear and style seems to indicate 40s or 50s to me.  No sign of a marking.  Circa 20cms in diameter.

I would say no, it's not Murano. The form and colors aren't ones I would expect. I don't know what it might be.
