And the good news is, your photographs are excellent. Unfortunately, the PW you're showing is a recent Chinese chrysanthemum. Check the finish on the underside and you'll know next time you run into one...

The "values" of these type of Chinese weights vary considerably - using eBay and "antiques & collectibles" fairs as a guide.

$2 would be a better figure than $25 for small versions of these. There are lots available.
