I've got a part set in one of my waiting to be put on ebay or returned to the charity shop boxes and I would have said from the quality that they were Czech. Mine are full of very teeny bubbles; the other half picked them up, I probably wouldn' t have bothered. There's certainly a fair number of  parts sets around in the charity shops.

Marcus,  I felt Rosice pattern 2036 for the tray rather than Libochovice based on the shape as discussed here: http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,24494.0.html (image added again for reference below)

The powder bowls and candleholders I've not found anywhere else yet, and of course, they could all be made in separate places.
