Was it a dog or a cat before you killed it? Sorry about the glass.

Oh No!!  How awful....what happened Emil ???

I have just started to collect this, I was so enchanted with the pieces shown on this thread.......mind you it is so expensive, the only piece I could afford has some damage....is it one of yours?????

Thanks for the support. One of our cats decided to have a fit and ran like crazy through the apartment, up on the couch and took a giant leap and landed on the dresser and slid right into them. He's still alive so I have to cancel any requests for door mats and such...I got the figures for 16 Euro each, so moneywise it's not a big deal, but in every other aspect it's a disaster (at least for me).

Best Regards
Emil

It's a disaster for all of us Emil...when one of us loses a piece of glass, we all grieve.

However much I love cats, when they decide to do a 'wall of death' around the house for no apparrent reason, it can be a worry!!!.................yours is very lucky to still be alive though!!

Emil, I really do feel bad for you -- and you were so enthusiastic about getting these figures.  How horribly sad.  What a pity.

It is old glassblowers tradition to eat dogs and cats, cooked in cooling furnace with garlic. I see that underestimating of old blowers skills is not rational.

I seem to recall that Leni threatened to make her cat, which broke something glass, into pie and mittens!  Sorry to see the breakages Emil.

A great find, indeed!  I'm especially fond of the last figure.  Congratulations, Emil!  :hi:
