John Ditchfield Purple Spiral

Hi all hope you are well
I bought a purple spiral art glass disc today signed on the base J Ditchfield. Does anyone have any info about these etc. Looks like it was a limited run 16 of 60. All info great fully received

A picture of the top and the base would a great help.
