Yellow ruffle rim vase

This yellow vase is hand blown with a smooth pontil.  I'm not sure where it might have originated.  Any help would be appreciated.

I'm sorry that I can't help you with this vase, but I wonder if that's opalescence on the top rim, or just a trick of the photograph?

Max, I think it's just a trick of the photo.  I will black light it later today and see what happens.
