Can anyone tell me who made this vase and when please? thank you

Hi Cazza,
Your vase was made by Richard P Golding the founder of Okra Glass Studio.
Made during the Moocroft ownership of Okra from 1999 to 2001
Design is Green Nebula.
The Gold Bezzels were put on not because it looked good but becuase they had so many glass blowers that couldnt hot finish.
