Hello, have looked through my 'rose bowl' book and I think 'Bohemian' is probably the closest you're going to get, these bowls were made from the UK,USA and Bohemia, have a few myself and apart from one, no idea regards the rest, sorry,

Possibly ! But this one is typical Czech and comes from Bohemia i.e. Austria- Hungary Empire.

I would agree on Bohemia; that decor is typical. I don't think it's iridescent though; can't see any oil-film look, but I would guess it was uranium glass.

Some rose bowls were made in France by Legras - but this particular one is Bohemian, probably by Harrach'sche

It is iridescent (not well seen in the picture); it is not Anna – gruen (uranium glass). As for Harrach – I will research further, although it is a common piece. Polished pontil is the only thing that makes it a bit interesting regarding possible important maker. To polish a pontil took time and skill and was not very profitable for unimportant glass makers. Thanks to all who commented.
