I have been trying to identify this vase.

It is thick cased glass with what appears to be 3 layers.  Green on the inside about 2mm then a very fine white adn then 2mm of cobalt blue. There is a raised "feather-like" pattern all around and the plain blue at the top third seems to have a slight textured feel to it as well and fels more like pottery than glass (if that makes sense).
The bottom 2 inches and the underside base are also iridised and have an oily typical purple gold sheen to them whilst the rest of the vase is not.  The base is slightly concave and the central pontil area is slightly raised to the rest.  It is heavy and 9 inches tall.  Thanks very much to all that have helped in the past and I really appreciate your knowledge.  Markus.

Hi Mike,
not sure but it might be Kralik??? Just the way that the feather pattern looks and the pottery style of glass.
Not an expert but maybe give you an idea!
God Luck
