I believe it is based on an early Zechin and Martinuzzi design  .Venice / Murano .Reworked first half of the 20th century
a bit like the Barovier wedding bowls , but thats only my guess . :hi:
 That border does look Salviati

Agree with JP...a pic of the base would be good and the joins of the stem to base and neck would be helpful...the colour of the green and the applied trail from the stem is very murano...

-I hate the applied detail though...runs and hides...
