Stands 2.5" and same across well made and good quality glass plenty of wear on the base.

I think it's Fladgate, as in Deborah Fladgate. There's an example on Nic's site here for comparison:

There are a couple of similarly shaped pieces by her in cranberry on ebay at the moment.
