Orange candleholder ID? = Viking Glass, USA

OK, trying to do this right.  

No idea who this is, probably American as bought in Salvation Army in San Francisco for a couple of bucks, love the colour, it goes with all my Penguins.

Orange candleholder H - 4cm, length - 19cm, width - 15cm
