GLASS TAZZA - ID HELP PLEASE... = Walther Glas (modern)
« on: March 09, 2011, 07:48:53 PM »
Hi,

I have this very pretty heavy glass tazza with pink petal edges. The top is smooth and the underneath has "raised" moulded flowers.

It is heavy and the pontil base is solid and polished. I remember seeing something similar made by Walther Glass, Germany but am not sure. I also wondered about age. Any ideas please?

Size is  4" high & 8" dia top.

Regards and thanks in advance for help,
Rosie

I'm probably miles out here, but it reminds me a bit of modern "Walther Glas" from Germany...

This looks as though it is the same pattern as your tazza, Rosie1, and it appears to have a label.
