Pretty sure this is a Scottish Weight.  Perthshire?

As I was logged in to eBay anyway, I sent the seller the following comment:

This paperweight is not Murano, but Scottish and most likely made at the Strathearn glass works from 1965 up to 1980.

I have had a few like that a long time back i believe one had a Strathearn label , i still have a couple without lables .
